Refund policy

No mystery around money.

Membership payments and prepaid event payments are separate transactions with separate outcomes.

Membership

Membership is normally non-refundable after you successfully join or attend an event. Duplicate or incorrect charges are reviewed by support.

Prepaid events

Cancellations before the event’s displayed cutoff are eligible for the stated refund. Later cancellations may not be refundable. If SquadSurprise or the venue cancels, the event payment is refunded.

Processing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary; the app shows when a refund is pending or completed.
